In the era of lithium battery, Jiangxi Hualiyuan is imperative

More than 1,000 industry experts, corporate executives, and industry insiders from lithium-ion bicycle OEMs, shared operators, battery swap companies, battery companies, and parts companies gathered together to discuss battery trends and demand changes in the electric two-wheeler market, as well as the company's technology upgrade and market strategy.

Xiao Bo, sales director of Jiangxi Hualiyuan Lithium Energy Technology Co., Ltd., pointed out that 26650 cylindrical battery has become a standard product, with high compatibility, and well qualified the advantages of 18650; with the strength of high capacity, high energy density, small number of battery groups, good consistency and easy management, low manufacturing cost, low failure rate compared to the same period, can achieve maximum cost performance.

In terms of battery safety design, Hualiyuan escorts the safety of electric bicycle lithium batteries through three major paths: battery capacity design margin, steel shell cap improvement, and material improvement. Aiming at the light vehicle market, the company's supporting products include 48V series products, suitable for electric bicycles; and 60V series products, suitable for electric motorcycles.

Hualiyuan is in the second phase of construction of 100,000 square meters. It is expected to be completed and put into production by the end of 2021. After the production, the new production capacity will be 26,650 cells and 450,000 cells per day. The third phase of construction will be completed by the end of 2022. After all completed and put into production, the daily output of 18650/26650 cells will be 2 million.
